Products are all hand crafted by Jino in New Zealand, each piece is unique and irreplicable. The products might vary slightly to photos seen on the website. 

 

Refund or replacement only available if the product packaging found damage and product is broken upon receive. Please send us photo evidence for the damage packaging and broken product.

 

Shipping

 

New Zealand

Flat rate shipping at $10 in New Zealand. Additional shipping charge may required for rural area, large size product or bulk order. We will contact you after your order if this happened.

Please contact us before you place your order, we will need to confirm with you on the shipping charge and insurance may required for high value products.
